Yes unfortunately I wasn't able to create this sudoku in Google Sheet. An easy way is to copy this to Microsoft Word and then use the Word's draw option to draw numbers into each box.

6 bakers, 6 cities and 6 signature bakes BUT 7 clues???? Is it right?
