Only if you selected the puzzles that had 20 numbers each. Those ones combined would give you all 60 numbers.

Yep that's it. You can have a total of 3 lines per bingo card.

Few numbers r repeated, else we could have marked more boxes n the Bingo.

Yep vertical, linear, or diagonals. Any count. As long as it's 5 boxes (including or not including the free box).
