asmita, shivangi did show good acting chops today
using harshad to up her game lol
I genuinely think Harshad could benefit from therapy, and I say that with compassion, not as an insult. If he has unresolved emotional issues, working through them with a professional could help him and the people around him...He is too emotionally intense and impulsive... Anxious to the level of not being able to put together a single confident articulated line...And hurt people ended up hurting people...So I genuinely wish the best for him...and hope he gets healed properly and doesn't jump into any other work specially reality show before that....
As for Shivangi, I found her gameplay extremely manipulative. Throughout the season, it often felt like she knew exactly how to trigger Harshad's protective instincts. She has always emotionally instigated him with tears and constant bechari talks...abd Whenever she got into a conflict, he would jump in impulsively, defend her, or escalate situations on her behalf. More often than not, he was the one who ended up getting scolded by Farah or facing the backlash, while Shivangi walked away with comparatively little accountability. Harshad didn't have any personal issues with Shreya specially for him to behave badly to her...It was only because of Shivangi..
What stood out to me was that I rarely saw her taking a strong stand for him when he was being questioned. She never seemed equally protective of him. It often felt like the support flowed in one direction...Harshad was expected to put himself on the line for her, but the same wasn't reflected when he needed her.
And then, for the first time, when he appeared to prioritize his own game instead of centering every decision around her, her reaction felt disproportionate. She literally guilt-tripped him so bad...That's what made me feel that contestants like Shilpa, Shreya, and Ram had understood her gameplay quite well. To me, she seemed to know exactly how to emotionally influence Harshad, and he repeatedly fell into that pattern.
Of course, this is only my interpretation based on what was shown on the show. None of us know what their real-life equation is, but judging purely from the episodes, that's how it came across to me.
