Well, maybe you should just ask this question to Google: "Are there reasons to call Amit Shah (Indian home minister) a criminal???"

How would y o u call a man who faced serious charges including murder, extortion, kidnapping, and criminal conspiracy in 2010 ... and - interestingly - only got discharged in 2014 by a "special CBI court" to become the Home Minister in Modi's government ...

But yes, a German person not living in India is not allowed to voice an opinion about what is going on in a country she loves... edit: and where people live she loves...
