I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel like this actress’s acting looks the same in every drama.

I mean, I watched one episode of The Power of Blossom, and I felt the same acting there too.

In Reborn Empress, where she plays Shen Miao, even her BTS clips give me the same impression.

Honestly, they could change her costume and styling, but her acting range feels like the same .

And you know who the common supporting artist is in all of these dramas?

The one who was in Pursuit of Jade Yu Qian Qian.

She’s also in The Power of Blossom.

I think she has a role in Reborn Empress too

Meng Ziyi is not versatile and has faced a lot of criticism for her acting in Blossoms of Power initially. But her acting in the last few episodes received a lot of praise so the earlier comments died down eventually!

In fact, there are a very few actors who are versatile I'd say don't wanna offend many fandoms

Kong Xueer has a lot of guest role/support roles up her sleeve. Maybe in 2-3 years she'll start doing main roles~ she was in Prisoner of Beauty, Moonlit Reunion and Legend of the Female General too

Hmm... I just said the same! Actors tend to fall into the loop of taking similar roles once they have a hit drama. I haven't watched Royal Rumor

Is The Shadow Sovereign good??

I feel like Kong Xueer could perform a lot better if given the right stage. Hope to see her take challenging roles in the future. Out of all THE9 girls Yu Shuxin is the only successful one landing lead roles after a couple of support roles. I'd love to see Xie Keyin and Kong Xueer more. Both kill every minor role they're given. Still not over Keyin's performance in The Story of Pearl Girl

I won't have cared about what is happening in personal life.

If that actor was not involved with a minor who committed suicide bcoz this guy used his influence to backlist her on top of that every proof is out in open but he is bad the victim and even got cleared with charges after all this.
