im trying to change my password but evertime is says the old password doesnt match the one we have on record ts sooooooo annoying

i suggest you log out

click on forgot your password

a new password will be emailed to you

with the new password, change your password :)

ok i go to the change password bit nd type my password then the new password then it says the old password doesnt match the one we have on record

i tried it many times i went on the change password bit got the email and copied nd pasted that but still said the old password doesnt match the one we have on record i tries that a couple of tyms now it doesnt work
