DESPERATLEY SEEKING HERLP!!bout camera!

ok i have a kodak EasyShare v1233 and its perfect only a year old(not even a year old)it fell only once...
so eveytime i take pics it turns off by itself,the lens's out,everything looks normal except its off..as if its out of battery but its NoT i have to take the battery out Wait like hours and put it bak in andthene it works,today thats not even working!i dunno wat to do!!

Do you have a warranty on it?
