😛 hi every1 hope u all r hvin an fab weekend!!! i just wnted to ask does any1 hve difficulty swallowin medicine down, such as parcementol. i cnt swallow tablets, does any1 hve any advice on how to swallow tablets without any difficulty?? 😊😊

1. put the tablet in your mouth

2. put a liberal amount of water in your mouth

3. tilt your head back, and let the tablet float in the back of your mouth so that it is not sticking to your tongue

4. SWALLOW!

when you're ready to swallow, try not to think too much about what you're trying to do; that just makes it so much harder.

i think u can cut some of the pills..With a tablet cutter..

wat u can do is...make jello cubes. u take a ice cube tray...n put a pill in each of dem...den pour jello mix..den put it in da fridge...n u eat one jello cube for each day...n at da same time u have ur pill too. dont knw if i helped or not..
