avinash i just want to add a bit here

trouble makers come and go but its upto members and dev team to take care of situation and not let it go overboard.. instead of explanations or provocations..

i personally think dev team members r members first then dev team and they also like everyone have right to express opinions about any thing plus as dev team their duty is to control the atmosphere also and take right decision as they think fit and if its not in control then gms r there to tackle. and i know avinash to me u have been helpful as and when i have asked u for help and to me personally u hv done what u think was fit action. thanks here
