i thought manno bhabhi was narpat's brother's wife. but even the kids call her manno bhabhi so i think she is an outsider. is she whole village's bhabhi?😕
thanks lalit. but calling a grandmother 'ba' is still understood. who would call taiji 'bhabhi'? even in the first episode everyone was calling her manno bhabhi. i think she is a marriage broker. 😕 or may be wife of the village sarpanch (head).
bluepink, in yesterday's episode in u.s....when manno bhabhi and ambika were talking...ambika said "manno bhabhi , aap mujhse pehle is ghar mein aayi thi na,aap ko maaloom hai ke is ghar ke ladkiyon par kya koi shaap hai?(or something like that)
so i think manno bhabhi is narpat's real bhabhi..........i think.......... 😊
I think that family members calling somebody by the same name is not that uncommon. For instance in my mom's family...everybody calls her oldest bhabhi "Mota-bhabhi" even though she is our "mami" we still call her that. It may be a west-indian concept, i dont know...but i have seen similar naming in a lot of houses.
He he he... it is not just a west indian concept... in our house, everybody including my dad and mom call my big brother "anna"... ;-D and we all (me and my bro) call my dad's uncles as uncles rather than grandpa/grandma... ;-D
i think her character is a bit dodgy...it's never shown her husband and she seems to be flirting with saloni's dad 😕 ...the way she says "devar jiii"
