was curious to know

I was just wondering and was curious to know that why written / vedio updates posted by someone are banned. i have noticed this in several cases, mostly in serials on colours, that the subject line says Written / vedio update for such and such date, but when u open that folder the message reads " Posts of this member has been temporarily banned"

What is the reason ?
