Access Denied?

When I try to open some of the links - I get this msg: "
Sorry, only members with sufficient permission can access this page."

What qualifies one to be such a 'privileged' member?

When this comes up "Sorry, only members with sufficient permission can access this page." it means that a moderator or the admin has moved/closed/deleted the topic.
