Karan is a doctor, yet he is never at the clinic?

Doctors are always busy types, yet he has all the time in the world to have long breakfasts, prepare tea and conspire against bandini,😆

Also, whatever happened to the CD afterwards😕

ya agreed with u 😃 i think the creatives will show later that karan was in the clinic doing plastic surgery of someone 😃

i think no patient comes to karan 😉 😆 so thats why karan was busy doing house chores and enjoying rich meal 😃
