Updated sites doesn open...HELP

Hello,

I am here with a really weird problem..hopefully somebdy here will help me out..!!!

The problem is my computer doesnt open the updated websites but only shows the old content.I recently updated my website and entered the address in a new window to see the new changes made.But the computer is still loading the old page.I tried doing it on other computers and on those computers it works perfectly...Its just my computer which keeps showing the old website stuff...

Please let me know what the problem looks like. I have tried deleting the temporary files / cleaning history etc. but nothing worked. 😭

P.S- This is not just happening with my own website but some other sites like Amitabh Bachchan's blog where it shows few days old posts and not the newest one.. (I use Windows XP & IE 8)
