Even I was thinking the same thing..Kangna was married to Anant so how come they dont know Putli Bai? That's surprising!!

i already ask the question before the answer was she returns in raghuvanshi's house in disguise.though i got this answer i was not satisfied as her face has not changed at least anant could have recognised his ex mum in law.

No this same woman was there in one of the scene when Shree enters the past life to find about Kangana...in that scene Kanganas mother was there for one scene...so it is rather unusual that they don't seem to recognize her...
