Shree Raseshwari Radha Rani, descended in Barsana, India 5,000 years ago. She appeared in the early morning on the eight moon day. This is the most important occasion of the year for people of Barsana village in India and for us here at Barsana Dham, USA. This joyous celebration begins with chanting of the leelas and virtues of Shree Radha Rani. After a discourse which reveals the greatness of Shree Radha's Divine personality, we continue with more pads in honor of Shree Radha often accompanied by a leela or jhanki on the stage. The Temple program concludes at 12:45 pm with a special darshan of baby Radha and arti to Shree Raseshwari Radha Rani. A devotionally prepared lunch prasad follows.
