I don't think that it is a dream sequence. Veer would tell everyone Tappu's reality, Iccha as usual will try to save her. Tappu's father would be mad at her but nani and Tappu would manipulate Thakurain and bring her on their side. Veer would decide to leave for US but he will feel that Tej is creating problems for his family and decide to stay back or maybe find out that he is adopted or something and decide to stay due to their ehsaan on taking him in .... Iccha will end up with Vansh and cure him and be the real thakurain meanwhile tappu would be stuck with a husband who hates her guts and is not even a real thankur or varis of the Bundela family.
