nope.......i don know anything bout call centre n its culture..........u tell us.......does india calling show the true picture of a call centre ????

yeah even i don't know much abt call centres...jzt have seen dem in films and serials...plz share ur experience.

India calling shows sorta true picture abt call centers except that characters get up and down and share some stupid jokes loudly by calling every1 near them
its ridiculous

otherwise it reflects a tiny part of a CSR's (Customer Service Representative's) life.

The transport, the timing, the financial problem, the crowd etc are very much like any call center in Mumbai

In fact Mumbai call centers hv employees who are more westernised than then ones shown on India calling
