I am pretty sure that Raj's dad has agreed for the marriage. This could be a surprise or suspense kept for the viewers to maintain their curiosity and raise trp. He will def come in the end and will come up with the excuse that he wanted to come fully prepared for the marriage. Pri's sister seemed happy, so that could be a signal that Raj's dad has given approval. Why would he send his son otherwise on the show after knowing that he will not listen and still go for pri and make stronger bonds. Now, the whole show can be predicted that raj and pri will be winners. In fact the precap about the lady talking to sudesh rani could also turn out that such news were heard about Raj family that they will not attend the marriage or just a drama to divert whole attention on hitesh wedding.
