Is real life relationship influencing script?

I have no problem with Nandish-Rashmi relationship because they are free to do whatever they want but I feel like it has influenced the Uttaran script in permanently breaking up Veer and Iccha, which I think it is wrong. Professional and personal lives should be kept separate!!
