Tappu did the biggest mistake

Tappu thought that if she make ichcha-Vansh meet, then by bringing Maai into it, she can spoil Ichcha's image in front of everyone that Ichcha is trying to control both Vansh & veer. Little did she knew that Vansh has almost fallen for Ichcha. The only thing left is to realise it himself.Once he realises, he will want to marry Ichcha and without her, he will go into depression.So everyone including Veer will get Ichcha-Vansh married so that they will not lose Vansh again.Then Ichcha will become Badi Bahu of the house and Tappu will be the Chhoti Bahu.

What if it is revealed that Vansh is the actual son of Bundelas and Veer is the illegitiate son of Tej Singh with the union of some kothe waali.
