Back to your question. I'm thinking about try ignoring her to see if she would realize her mistake OR generally ask her is everything ok OR generally tell her how she made you feel. I think she'll realize her mistake. Her alcohol problem is serious, she's too young to be drinking in the first place. Try going for counseling to get the step by step guidance. Going for counseling is basically seeking guidance in one's life. I think she's basically afraid of having the history repeated again but she should understand that it won't happen to her again. I think the only best thing you can do is either ignore her or show her that you're different.
