Shunya and the 8th one...

ok i got a little confused in this week's episode. so shunya is the 8th one or she thinks she is? and why was she crying about it? is it bad to be the 8th one? i may have misunderstood something...

im really glad she didn't die though, and it was really sweet how shlok saved her
