You can use various services like Skype , Yahoo Messenger. The thing is that you have to pay them some money in advance( basically you need to have a prepaid account) and then you can call from your computer to any mobile number until your amt. balance doesn't end ! 😃

as mentioned there are several ways but i personally use skype
for pc 2 mobile calls

@ Ishan,Baz786 : No Buddy What i prefer is IF You Are Running Windows XP Then Use TAPI Dialer 3.0 With Your Computer Connect Competible Mobile's Modem It Wil Cost You Same As Mobile Plan Rates As Per Your Mobile's Charges And Facilities.
