one of the forum memeber told the reason on Geet forum that is
(By varuka) heyyy ya...I worked on the New Talent Awards n didn't want to disappoint u guys but that day itself we knew that Gurmeet n Debina's portion won't be aired because they hosted the entire technical award segment...it was only for the people present there...not for the audience at home......hopefully if we are lucky, colours might air it sometime....the Indian sherwani n saree that u saw them in was the outfit for the hosting bit...afterwards they went n changed n then came on the red carpet- of course the red carpet bits were aired together (edited)so it seemed as though they came in the beginning n then left........I was not part of the scripting team but the event team...:)
Oh I also told Gurmeet how much we love him at the forum , how he has awesome chemistry with Geet and I told Debina as well- shes damn sweet n he too was just laughing...:)
