as many people have already commented before, she had already fallen for him, him being anything wouldnt change her decision. and i guess they were meant to be together, thats why he couldnt read her thoughts from the beginning.
If my boyfriend would say that he was a vampire, i dunno, i guess if he would be like edward, vegeterian vampire, someone with such high morals etc. i would accept it. only i would prefer him not being immortal. everything else is fine just that i wouldnt prefer staying alive forever. this one thing can be changed and i would die for him.

Well Bella is so unpredicatble and she had already fallen for Edward(soulmates) so i don't think it mattered to her what he was as long as he was with her- i mean their relationship is like Imprinting!!!!you belong to each other and accept them no matter what!!! Also she already realised he's different from other so must have been prepared for siomething especially when he saved her!! she knows he's good and would never hurt her because he saved her!and i guess it bought to her mystery of the unknown- personally i'd want to get to know the guy first before i lay my heart on the line but she saw him and his beauty and wham!!!she really likes/loves him!!!
