how can someone get bail if he is in jail?

Hi people,

I am very dumb and stupid i think. I never knew people who had been sentenced and sent to jail, could come out on bail. I mean megha is out. how is that possible. If that were the case , almost anyone in jail could come out ya. should tell those people.

No Lubie, you've got it wrong. Megha hasn't been sentenced yet she's only been arrested for the crimes she's committed. Her trial is yet to start so she is allowed bail, atleast until her trial starts or she does another crime because of which she'll be arrested again.

Yes, that right....infact I think she can be out on bail even during the trial, it's only after she is sentenced, if she is sentenced that she has to be taken in custody.
