Ahem..interesting. Well, no wonder beauty is in the eye of the beholder, Ankit Arora is just is OK looking and there is nothing adoring or lovable about his Vikrant character, I would choose Aamir Dalvi over him in a heart beat, to each his own😉

You can't help but fall for Kabir, he is a complete backage, and that is how a man should be or look like (at least in my book).

So the penny is dropped.You are right Ankit is very handsome and in comparison with Aamir Dalvi ,he is so dashing ,but I prefer Kabir and his personality .

I preferred the old Kabir, who was full of jokes & pranks, and while Jyoti then was not in the mood for them, that Kabir was very likable. Vikrant has yet to demonstrate any of that.

I think you are conflating actor & character. I used to be a frequent poster in the Ramayan forum - indeed, it was that serial that brought me to I-F. I loved Lakshman & Urmila, and by extension, Ankit & Meenakshi. But I treat their characters in other appearances on merit. Incidentally, did you catch Ankit in his role in Mahima Shani Dev ki?

Incidentally, where Sudha used to be my favorite female character in this serial, after she left, Bhavri has replaced her. While she is some sort of a ditz, I just love it when she pulls her pranks, like sneak up on Vikrant or Jyoti and scare them. I'd like her to sometime use her age card against Jyoti i.e. force Jyoti to obey her b'cos she's elder in relationship.

Let's see how Vikrant's relationship w/ Reshmi goes forward, if Jyoti manages to force her sasural and him to accept her and the baby. She should use the waris card here - tell them all that Reshmi's baby is the first of RP/Chachi-sa's grandkids, and so they must be honorably welcomed. I can't wait to see Chachi's face when that happens.

I did miss the old Kabir as well, the current kabir is bit dry and he seems bit tired, and he may soon start suspecting Jyoti and not support her, that is if she continues with her stupidity of not confiding in him.

I also loved Sarwar's Pankaj character at the begining, but unfortunetly the CVs ruined that for me.I hope they don't repeat the same with kabir. I wonder how many times they plan Jyoti to be separated/divorced......
