I think this is the fake Vishal and somehow my gut feeling is that the guy coming to see Nandini may turn out to be Vishal.
Obivously he will know everyone and will not form a relation with his niece but it is a way of getting back in the family without anyone suspecting him and then executing his plan of destroying the Mahayvanshi's
