how do u know if someone threw a balloon at u and u have to answer a questions and how do u know if u have questions to answer😕!plz people help me!

you go to the balloon contest Balloon Contest and then at the top half of the page it will show the balloons that people threw at you and the questions. at the bottom half it will show who you sent balloons to and what question went along with it..hope this answers your question 😉
