Active?

Hey. theres been a problem going on for a while but it always used to fix itself but now its not. the bottom of the pg. where it shows dazzlers, goldies, and stuff, it doesnt say my name when im on, im sure im logged on. and the red circle by my username is blinking when im on, not the green one😕

It happens to me sometimes.
