arpita or arpitaji

I initially thought he will probably call her arpitaji. But when he said "Chalo" to her in yesterday's episode, I thought he will call her Arpita. But today he was saying "chaliye" and stuff. I personally want him to call her Arpita. Arpitaji sounds so formal. What do you guys think?
