No, the voice of Rama wasn't Arun Govil - it was Manoj Bajpayee, while Sita was Juhi Chawla. Incidentally, the same woman played the voice dubbing of Urmila & Shurpanakha, so had Lakshman married Shurpanakha & had his eyes closed, he'd not have known the difference 😆
For a 2 hour summary of the Ramayan, this movie was okay. The language was shudh Hindi, and the same type as one would get from both the Sagar serials, which is appropriate as it's for the Ramayan, and yet sounds too grown-up for kids, who are (presumably) the targetted audience. But if the target of this movie was adults, then the answer is no.
