need help: profile update

ok, i have been trying to update my profile with additional information.. such as the 'contact details' tab and the 'other' tab.. everytiime i enter the information.. i click submit.. it updates..and then i refresh to find no changes done..😡 someone plz tell me if there are settings somewhere that i need to change..

do u use internet explorer?

the same happens with me cuz i use google chrome and it don't work in there

so i use internet explorer for change those stuff

Pretty sure Google Chrome has nothing to do with it because i use Google Chrome and it works for me.

i use google chrome and when i try to change something it doesn't work in google chrome so i use IE only to change settings
