😃😃😃 Hi guys i just wanted to know if Rubina is punjabi? Because in Rubina's interview from Vartha NewsPaper that Abhilasha posted she said that she won the title of Miss North in Chandigarh also she said whenever she gets time she goes meets her family in Shimla and Chandigarh. 😃😃😃

Rubina is from Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, she has always mentioned this in many of her interviews, there is never any mention of her being a Punjabi though.

To win a contest of Miss Punjab or Miss North India one needs not be Punjabi, that person should be from that place itself and he/she can take part in this pageants..

When CB had started one of Rubina's fans had sent her greetings for ID assuming she is a muslim. During that interview while she thanked her fan and if I remember right she admitted she was a punjabi settled in Simla, HP. I may be wrong because this happened in the very early days of CB, I could have mistaken this for someone else too.
