Is shankar/angad is a thakur or daku?

guys i dont understand shankar in 'phulwa is playing the role of a thakur or daku? because in sbs chugalkhor aunty paid that he is playing a role of thakur and also in the articles it is depected that he is potraying a role of thakur then why he is tagged as daku in phulwa? pls 4ve u r replys guys?👏👏a😡

Because he kills people on suppari! You know, he was meant to kill Phulwa coz he got money for it, but he didn't because she was only a child.
