I agree with Antar.. However there may be a catch that the channel has instructed Shreya to do this to create some kind of gossip and hence boost the dying TRP of the show..
We have seen Shreya looking at him quite differently than guru-sis relation but that again may be a camera trick.. we see what they want to show.
However, one thing is for sure. There is more than those theoritical guru-sis relation . Either it is real or scripted by the channel.
