he is Amazing ..best actor best dancer best singer and now best judge I've ever seen and yaa he is just a most wonderful human being ❤️

He never comented first. Most of his opinions were in line with what left and right said.

Personality clash may be dominent there rather dancing ability by itself.

I don't think he's the best judge, though I'm his huge fan as an actor and dancer! Arshad Warsi is the only actor judge that has a stance as a judge, if Hrithik put his foot down and had opinions for himself rather than going along with the other two, then he'd be awesome!
