Instead, KD goes up to the judge and explains the situation to him and asks for 3 days to catch Iqbal and also asks for the judge to let Naseem go so that Iqbal would attack Naseem and then he would prove in court that Naseem is innocent. The judge agrees after much consideration and aloud announces that Naseem will be let go temporarily as KD would like to ask Naseem to take him to some certain areas. Vishwajeet objects, but the judge announces that as his final decision and then asks Vishwajeet and KD to step up and KD reexplains everything to Vishwajeet. He says that it isn't about the case but about innocent lives and that when innocent lives are at stake, so much is to be expected of the court. Vishwajeet agrees and then the court is dismissed.
