Daksh's curse to Mahadev

Hi all,

Due to my lack of knowledge on Shiv ji's life prior to the show, I have a question to ask..

Can a human actually curse God?

And Daksh's curse to Mahadev obviously didn't work because people still pray to Mahadev, then what happened of the curse? I thought curses always came true.

I would be grateful if someone can help me answer this question.

Hi,

From what I know, I remember Shiv Ji saying to Daksh that he is Omnipresent, and he is within everything, including the words uttered from humans, the Yagna (fire) he worships it's all within him, for he's the eternal flame and the reason for all that exists, and therefore no curse can effect him.

Also the reason I think Daksh cursed Shiv 'that no one will worship him' is for the sake of revenge, as this was the same curse Shiv gave to Brahma, his Father.
