DR ARJUN SINGH IS SHANKAR'S BROTHER??

I just saw a post from last year where shankars brother enters..a spoilt school boy who calls phulwa chipkali...he was also callled arjun...coincidence??? maybe not...i think it is shankars brother..ie phulwa is his brothers widow!! see link below of a post in IF back in july 2011😉

omg,,,,,,,,if it so he for no good...during his childhood he use to give hard works for pulwa...i dont want arjun to be one f the negative character
