and I so remember this scene...because this one had an SBS segment and everyone was like waiting for the scene to be telecasted...Kesar talking to Champa and trying to make Gulaal smile...Manasi is such a perfectionist na...she actually looked like she had lost weight and all the glow on her face...just look at her glowing while she watched Kesar beating the poor drum out at the terrorist's engagement and this Gulaal when she looks like she cries every night..and NB..the guy's look had undergone such tremendous change..from the Kesar who came...who looked a bit like an overgrown teenager in that fight scene..to an angry young man when he had beat the goons black and blue near the temple to this Kesar...who was tagging around Gulaal, talking to her dolls...to make her smile..In the last phase of the serial, they both had given so much to the production house..and to us...Gosh ! What brilliance and what a dedication!!!!!

I had rather not talk about PB the Purani haveli wali Daayan...taking away Vasant's photograph...All it did to achieve was to cut Gulaal's last relation with the house...there seemed to be nothing left for her...except Kesar...not that there ever was...but that taking away of the photo frame is the end of an era for the Gulaal...as if God himself wants her to move on...rather than hang on to her past...and be the martyr for the whole life to be...

Srushti,i still remember the title of that segment.Kyun royi Gulaal.loved your write up.I agree with you the taking away of Vasant's photo was very symbolic and significant😊

Geeshu,loved all of them but GK and champa is my fav.That was an adorable scene

BTW did anyone notice there are two photos of Golu on the wall and both are the same picture😆
