DT for a show is implemented when a forum gets active (during promotion time) Untill then you can PM GMs *shruti* and aahaana for any queries

Thanks for replying but that didn't help.

Forum is already active as I said show has started 10 days back.

Yeah,normally it takes a bit more days for a forum to get DT 😳

Ohh...didn;t know that.

I mostly post on Bigg boss forum , that forum always had DT since day 1.

That is coz ,colors had a Channel Moderator(gk_09) so as soon as a new show is added to Life OK ,Shes added as the CM,Where as welcome comes under life ok which has no CM , so no DTs yet 😳And BB comes under seasonaly so thats second reason it gets DT fast.
