like if team awards there shud be different categorie 4 newbies also😛

and the Dev team cant list the whole ,And the most newbies also are not active

Sandeep is right. Newbies are generally not very active and don't participate in discussions. How are members and mods suppose to choose an award for them if you don't participate?
