wasnt kesar played by nandini singh?

i am totally lost because i saw bits and pieces of this show and i thought kesar was played by nandini singh and she was married to rudr? and now theres prachi shah and harman...can someone please explain?

Nandini Singh is replaced by Prachi Shah. It was shown that old Kesar(Nandini Singh) had a bad accident and she had to get a plastic surgery and that's how she got replaced by Prachi Shah. I hope that helps you.
