@Hema I guess they want to give credit to Shivji( great though he is) for every thing

Kaushalya and Dashrath was given boon by Narayan long long back in another Kalpa that he will be born to them thrice

they became

Kashyap Aditi- Son Vaman

Dashrath Kaushalya Son Ram

Vasudev Devaki - Son Krishna

Story goes that a Rishi and his wife did Tapas and asked the lord that they want a son like him. Now the rule of giving says that if you cant give what the seeker is asking for, then what you can give you should make it three times and give

Lord said I am incapable of granting your wish as there is no one like me

So I will be born to you thrice

And Ravan was no Kansa he didnt attack Ram or Kaushalya

We must ask Utkarshsir on Face Book that it is fiction or not.

I think there are many different types of Ramayan in India ... May be in Adbhut Ramayana this incident is narrated.😛

But that Indian Map part was awesome & 1 episode & 2 different Parvati 😆😆
