How can i become a member of a forum?

On our dashboards dere is button My Forums... mine is empty... even i like navya soo much and m always up to date wid da forum it hasn't been added into it,,,, how do we do it?

beside the my forum dialogue box thrs a star plz do press dt n da forum will be in ua list the outlined star will turn into holden one...hope this culd be of ua hlp...
