want change profile pic...help me

hi,
i use mobile for read forums...actually i want to change my dp and pic type is .gif...
whenever i upload pic it shows msg that the pic should be in .jpg form...so how can i change my pic????

To update any gifs or avatars, you need to go to Dashboard --> Edit Profile --> Preferences --> Update Avatar link right at the bottom. And then it should work!

can u tell me what is hall of fame??
