I hope not , Manishji fits the role perfectly as NA. Why would he quit btw??..I hope it is just a body double ..may be he is not available for the shoot. Remember they did body double for Avinash at Astha's house when he went to SA. We figured it out during the episode that he was not the one actually!! They later did closeup shots of him and clubbed them.
