how do i change my avatar for my profile.....please provide step by step...i waana upload another picture than the ones that are provided......

and i wanted the search engine to be fix......it's a suggestion cuz it doesnt allow yu to search for anything...i like the one that use to be b4...which asked yu where do yu wanna search this in which forum,.,,,,,plus...it doesnt allow yui to search for a username.,....
